By practice, cleaning top rope anchors will become a fairly straight forward task. Yet, if not done properly, it can lead to severe accidents.
In this workshop, learn the foundational skills to clean top anchors and be lowered off of a single pitch climb.

In Lebanon, the most common way to get off a crag pitch is to lower and most of the crags have been set up with lowering in mind by installing easy to replace hardware.

With help from U ROCK team, you’ll have plenty of time to ask questions, and most importantly practice the newly acquired skills. You will walk away feeling confident in your abilities to cleaning your top rope anchors, the next time you are leading a climb.

1. Prerequisite

   • You already lead climb and have experience with basic knots,
   • You master your belaying and climbing commands.

2. Equipment Needed

   • Harness,
   • Quickdraws (provided by U ROCK),
   • 60cm Dyneema sling 8mm + locking carabiner

3. Fees

   • LBP 7,000 / person,
   • LBP 5,000 if you show your valid membership
